Julius Odhiambo Oyugi - Director/Field Operations

Director/Field Operations
Julius is a naturist and ornithologist. His infectious curiosity of Flora and Fauna coupled up with his acquaintance of the surrounding brings out every detail to life. He worked with Mountain Travel Sobek(USA) as a Trip Leader and Tropical Ice Ltd(Kenya) as one if the Lead guide for Eight years. Julius Odhiambo has guided wildlife safaris for years, these includes leading trips to East African mountains and safaris; he has led walking safaris in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda. He has also led over 72 summits up Kilimanjaro, 29 Mt Kenya summits and 10 Mt Meru summits. Julius regards Kenya's wildlife as a natural heritage to be safeguarded against the encroachment of modernity. He has a team of guides who are equally passionate, knowledgeable and have a touch of excellence for our clients to experience memorable safaris which forms African Habitat Explorer -home of adventure

Nasoro Njaritta - Chief Guide

Nasoro is a native of Pare Mountains, his quality as a leader is well exposed, a good motivator who is well informed on mountaineering, nature and its surroundings; he has more than 190 Summits leading trips up Kilimanjaro, more than 54 trips at Mt Meru, bicycle trips in Arusha National Park, Lake Jipe and Lake Challa environs. Nasoro has passion for nature , its conservation and preservation of wildlife

Paulo Joshua - Guide

A Masai born and bred in Arusha, has wealth of experience in over 178 summits up Kilimanjaro, over 46 trips in Mt Meru and Walking Safaris. His love for tradition and nature conservation is evident; you will experience this during your camp fire time and dinner.

Jim Akili Mkama - Guide

Jim is a great guide who has worked with us for many years, he is fluent in French and has a Kilimanjaro record of running from Marangu gate to the summit with a time record of 6hours minutes. We nicknamed him Akili which is a Swahili word meaning someone with a great mind which is easily seen when you are on a trip with him, A great team player.
